All facilities within the project such as Swimming pool, Conference Room, lake, land, coffee shop, and parking are privately owned by Akamai Property Co., Ltd. and shall not be regarded, in any cases, as common property of the condominium and/or residential units. Accordingly, Akamai Property Co., Ltd. reserves the right to charge any fee in connection with the use and access of such facilities. |
